01Does my salon owner need to use Hairvana?
No. You sign up as an independent stylist and the account is yours: your clients, your booking page, your appointments and your sales.
02Can I take card payments?
Yes, through Stripe: online when a client books or pays a link, and in person with a card reader. You connect payments once in your settings.
03What happens to my clients if I move salons?
Nothing changes. They are in your account, so your client list, history and booking page stay the same. Update your address and keep booking.
04Can I bring my clients from another app?
Hairvana's import reads client and service exports from Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Fresha, Booker and Boulevard, plus any spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), and can even read a photo or PDF of a client list. You check every row before anything is saved.
05Is there a contract?
No. It is $29.99 a month and you can cancel anytime. The first 14 days are free; a card is needed to start.
06I own a salon with booth renters. Is there a plan for me?
Yes. The Salon Owner plan is $79.99 a month for your whole team and up to 3 locations.
