1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HAIRVANA.IO, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

HAIRVANA.IO provides cloud-based salon management software including scheduling, client management, payment processing, inventory tracking, and analytics tools for professional salons and stylists.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Advertising & Analytics Tags

The Service lets you configure advertising and analytics identifiers — for example a Meta Pixel, a Google Analytics measurement ID, a Google Ads conversion ID, a TikTok Pixel, or a Google Tag Manager container — which are then loaded on the public pages you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for those tags and for the data they collect: for having the legal right to collect it, for disclosing that collection in your own privacy notice, for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction or your visitors' jurisdiction requires, and for complying with the terms of each advertising provider whose tags you configure. You represent that you own or are authorized to use every advertising account you configure.

Where you supply an access credential for a provider's server-side conversions API, you authorize us to transmit conversion events on your behalf to that provider using that credential, for the sole purpose of recording conversions that occurred on your pages.

You acknowledge that we also operate our own analytics and advertising technologies on public pages hosted through the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may disable tracking tags platform-wide at any time, without notice, where we believe a provider's technology is degrading, breaking, or endangering the Service.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial months or years.

7. Limitation of Liability

HAIRVANA.IO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
